We’ll migrate your web site(s) to our top–of–the–line cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that switching web hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesired downtime. This is the reason why we will do all that for you for free!We have professional administrators whose main task is to make sure that your website performs precisely as it did on your old web hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon popular web apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, since there are many variables, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our very best to transfer your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (when the website content is not very large).

A: We do not gather any sensitive details. We will need, however, the login information for your current web hosting account along with the name of the website that you want to migrate.

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share the very same details you have given to your present web host. Fundamentally, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source website building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
